She made the decision to quit school and join the entertainment industry after much contemplation. Her debut was in the movie 'Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror. She did not like her performance. Her acting skills were sharpened by appearing in low budget film productions. She persevered and resulted in a successful outcome.
